We partner with a trusted third-party platform, Headway, to manage insurance verification and billing.
Insurance
Headway securely checks your insurance benefits, confirms eligibility, and handles all insurance claims on your behalf. This allows us to focus fully on providing quality care while ensuring the administrative side is handled accurately and efficiently.
If you plan to use insurance, all verification and billing will be completed directly through Headway.
Self-Pay Options
Most self-pay clients will be processed through Headway. Payments are collected securely through their platform at the time of service. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent via email with payment instructions for Zelle and/or card payments.
Headway accepts major credit and debit cards and provides clear documentation for your records.
Important Note
We do not independently verify insurance benefits outside of Headway at this time. All insurance and most self-pay payments are completed through their system.
If you have questions about coverage, copays, or payment details, Headway’s support team can assist you directly once your account is set up.
Getting Started
After scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive instructions from Headway to:
• Verify your insurance or
• Complete self-pay setup
• Enter payment information securely
Once completed, you’ll be fully ready for your session.
